DeskHand is remote help by code. The client opens deskhand.new-imobile.com and reads out nine digits: in the browser the master sees their screen, and once the client runs DeskHand for Windows (one file, nothing to install) the master also takes the mouse and keyboard, hears the computer's sound and talks to the client over the microphone. A Linux machine without a desktop takes one command in a terminal, and the session opens in the master's SSH console with the AI assistant. The master connects from the Help tab of the RDP FIDO client, which also keeps saved clients and a history of sessions. The two sides agree on the keys themselves and show the same check number - the server never sees the picture. The client pays and registers nothing; the master needs a seat: 14 days of trial, then $5 a month or $49 a year. It is the same account as in RDP FIDO and on the site. Buy a master seat - and get RDP FIDO Pro for 3 months as a gift.
